The conference will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center from February 20-22, 2025.

You must complete one application for each session you are proposing.  Please be accurate in your submission as all the information that will be used in the printed program and on line GUIDEBOOK is taken exactly from your application.  It is NOT retyped so any errors you make will be carried over.

Note that all expenses, including handouts, related to a proposed session are the responsibility of the presenter, and not the responsibility of NJMEA.

All corporate sponsored sessions are required to choose a level of sponsorship. Details regarding sponsorship levels and exhibit information can be found at njmea.org under Conferences.

Lobby Concerts are limited to chamber ensembles (maximum of 12 performers) and choral ensembles. Please note that Lobby Concerts can be heard throughout the entire conference center because of the vast open area.  While some people choose to sit and watch from the performance area, other prefer to  listen from the floors above.  Look up!  You will be surprised to see your audience enjoying the beautiful sounds from above! 

All other concerts will be scheduled as time and space permit in the many large conference rooms.
